الى الابناء تحت العشرين                   

كل إ نسان عند تخطيه مرحلة الطفوله مرورا بمرحله المرهقه الى النضج يكون فى حالة اكتشاف الذات و إعدادها لما يصبو ان يكون، إنسان ناجح له تأثير إيجابى فى مجالات الحياه المختلفه وهو ما نسميه Personal Charisma

و فى مرحله المراهقه وبدايه البلوغ تحدث بعض التغيرات البيولوجية تنعكس بدورها علي المظهر الخارجى للجسم وكذالك على الناحية النفسية للشخص، مما يؤدى  فى بعض الأحيان إلى نوع من الخجل والآنطواء أو التمرد والعصيان .

وفى كلتا الحالتين تتأثر ثقة الشخص بنفسه وثقته بالاخرين ، وتؤثر سلبيا على شخصيته وسلوكه .

كل ذلك ىعطى لهذه المرحلة من العمر أهمية خاصة فى حياة الأنسان لكى يتعلم كيف يعبر عن نفسه بثقة ويكتسب المهارات الإجتماعية التى تساعده على التواصل الإيجابى فى محيط الأسرة ،المدرسة، الأصدقاء والمجتمع بصورته الشاملة .

و تنمية الثقة بالنفس تنبع من معرفة مواطن القوة والتميز والتركيز عليها وإظهارها مع معالجة نقاط الضعف إن وجدت وهى التى تؤثر بصورة سلبية  على تكوين الشخص فيما بعد .

و تعتمد الثقة بالنفس و الايجابية الاجتماعية على ركيزتان:

-1المظهر:

يخص الشكل الخارجى للجسم وما يحدث به من تغييرات فى هذه المرحلة من العمر والتى قد تؤثر سلبا على نفسية الشخص ولكن باختيار الملابس المناسبة لكل جسم والتى تتلائم مع الشخصية وتتوافق مع البيئة والمحيط الاجتماعى والثقافى ىكتسب السخص صوره متوازنة ومميزة وثقة بالنفس.

2- التواصل الانسانى الغير منطوق (Body Language)

وهو عبارة عن مجموعة الأشارات والحركات العفوية التى تصدر عن الإنسان أثناء التعامل مع المحيط الخارجى أو مع الأشخاص الأخرين وهى تؤثر فى الإنطباع عن الشخص بالإىجاب أو السلب. كما أنها مؤشر على مدى ثقة الأنسان بنفسه  مما يعطيه مصداقية لدى الأخرين وتزداد ثقتهم و إحترامهم له وتتحسن قنوات التواصل والتفاهم فى المحيط الأسرى وبين الأصدقاء بل وفى المجتمع ككل

      وكما هو واضح من الصور والنماذج السابقة فإن الحركات  الصحيحة تعطى دلالة على الثقة بالنفس    
                             

إن الأهتمام بالأبناء فى هذه المرحلة من العمر عن طريق تقديم هذه المعلومات والتقنية الإجتماعية السليمة يساعدهم على المضى بخطى ثابتة على طريق النجاح .

هدف لتفقدهم نور عينهم وليس نور بصيرتهم عيون مصر وشبابنا وتتوالي الاحداث والمآسي ويسقط اكثر من ٣٠ شهيد
و٢٥٠٠ مصاب اغلبهم إصابات في العين من انفجار في مقلة العين أوفي الجفن كسر في الجمجمة من هراوات الشرطة ..دول ابناء مصر وشبابها والورد الي فتح في جنينها ...السؤال هل هذا العنف المجنون يمكن ان يسكت صوت شعب فك قيود الخوف والذل
شعب تتحرر وهتف قال لا للظلم مين ها يسكت شعب مصر الحر
عيشي يا بلدي حره واحفظ يا رب شعب مصر

what personal image is

 "A picture  worth a thousand words "

So true because your image say a lot about you and people judge you in the 1st minute they meet you according to your image

Factors affecting personal image :

Did you ask your self if you projecting the right image that send the proper message to people about you .

Are middle eastern people aware of the importance of the look as an important element   of communication specially the non-verbal one as well as trust

If people at different levels wants to be well perceived and understood they should take care of their image and work on their look as well as their performance ,specially politicians since we are at an era where media have a great impact on public opinion.

As an example of how the look can work positively  to send the proper image

I took  Al Gore as an example

           

when he was a candidate in presidential election he adopt the look of young updated man

after he lost the race   his image in all news was so pathetic and stayed for 2-3 years out of the media  and it was mentioned that  he runs a restaurant at his native place

Then it was the comeback with different image to send alarm about the global warming

                 




he gains weight to give the look of a  more mature man  caring and worried about the global environment ,talking to  people all over the world  as the expert and  wiser leader who work to save the globe from the increasing danger of the Global warming

and he become a symbol of success world wide and received many awards beside the books he wrote and the fortune he made.
This is a one example of how your look should match with the message you want to send the question that we should ask our selves is our politicians have the proper image that conform with the message they want to give and the role they want to play ?

Are they aware of their look as an important element of communication ?

Tips to impact your image

 Its week-end and i thought of writing something light for the week-end reading

Here are some tips to improve your impact at your business environment

As we know that people tend to form their impression within 2-3 minutes of meetings newcomers

They will get the 1st impression by the way you are dressed (clothe), voice, handshake, grooming, facial impression and accent

If you care to create a favorable impression and look  as someone reliable and authoritative

Here are some tips :

-Code of dress varies between business and industries as well as between countries.

·            Dress code in many business has undergone a quite revolution

eg: suit has been replaced by informal wear in some industries

·           -In general some domain like consultancy , banking, accounting and established industries are generally more formal in their dress style most staff wear suit

 -     -Mean while design companies, publishing and the media often favor more casual approach to dress code

So pick clothes carefully, they will contribute to the impression that you make

• Wearing a red shirt for women or red tie for man with dark suit can make you feel more dynamic and you have something to say or add

• While yellow can inspire mental stimulation

•    Neutral colors are very approachable and are particularly suitable if your job is people oriented

• Choose color that are well coordinated and stylish you will look updated and comfortable

• Make sure that you feel confident and relaxed in what you wear

• Allow enough time for grooming :

a)    hair is well cut and well groomed 

b)    clothes are well pressed

c)     ladies wear make-up you will look mature and sophisticated but keep it natural and simple
